Joseph is a trusted commercial real estate advisor and directs all strategic oversight of the Firm’s efforts including investment, capitalization, disposition, brokerage and investor relationships.  His real estate experience spans some 23 years.  Prior to establishing ALC, Joseph was Vice-President of Investment Sales at Ackerman & Co. and before that Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers.

 

Joseph takes a holistic approach to real estate investments by understanding the unique needs of each principal, investor, and client in order to derive the maximum value of every investment.  His positive and energetic communicative style is highly regarded by clients, business partners, and colleagues.  Joseph’s finance and real estate career showcases a successful tract record that includes transactions of more than 500,000 square feet of space valued in excess of $200 million.

 

The Georgia native is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He has been a licensed Realtor in Georgia since 1996 and also holds a Broker’s license in California.
